Altius Minerals Corporation (TSX: ALS) announced a C$181.5 million bought-deal public offering on July 14, 2026. The offering comprises 3,000,000 common shares at C$60.50 each.
National Bank Financial, Scotia Capital and TD Securities are underwriting the deal. Closing is expected on or about July 21, 2026.
Altius said net proceeds will strengthen its balance sheet following multiple 2026 acquisitions. The company holds royalties across copper, gold, silver, potash and iron ore.
