Copper Fox Metals Inc. (TSXV: CUU) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 common shares at $0.60 per share for gross proceeds of up to C$3 million, expected to close by July 27, 2026.
Insider and control person Ernesto Echavarria is expected to subscribe for a minimum of 3,000,000 shares. Proceeds will advance four 100%-owned North American copper projects: Van Dyke (PEA-stage, Arizona), Mineral Mountain, Eaglehead and Sombrero Butte.
