Gladiator Metals Hits 32.0m of 1.36% Cu at Cub East, Extends High-Grade Strike Beyond 300 Metres

Gladiator Metals Corp. (TSXV: GLAD) (OTCQB: GDTRF) (FSE: ZX7) reported July 22, 2026 that drill hole BCG-035 at its Cub East target returned 32.0m at 1.36% Cu, 0.63 g/t Au and 10.93 g/t Ag from 178.0m depth, with an 18.0m core grading 2.12% Cu, 1.06 g/t Au and 16.33 g/t Ag from 188.0m.

Two additional holes extend the picture. BCG-030 returned 38m at 1.20% Cu, 0.43 g/t Au and 10.29 g/t Ag from 168m, including 15.1m at 2.41% Cu, 0.93 g/t Au and 18.85 g/t Ag from 185.4m. BCG-024 delivered 32.77m at 1.06% Cu, 0.44 g/t Au and 6.37 g/t Ag from 176.73m, with a 7.28m interval grading 2.47% Cu, 1.45 g/t Au and 15.09 g/t Ag from 186.52m, and a separate 3.70m section of 1.97% Cu, 0.46 g/t Au and 8.04 g/t Ag from 204.3m.

Together the three holes extend high-grade strike continuity at Cub East to over 300 metres, per the company's July 22, 2026 news release. That step-out result is what the company is now calling a major discovery within the Bear Cub trend.

"Cub East continues to deliver exactly the type of results we want to see from a rapidly emerging high-grade copper-gold-silver discovery with more multiple broad mineralized intercepts extending over 300 metres of strike and further reinforcing the continuity of the high-grade copper gold Cub East target," said CEO Jason Bontempo.

The Cub East target sits within Gladiator's Whitehorse Copper project, which covers approximately 5,380 hectares (13,294 acres) along a 35-kilometre by five-kilometre belt in the Yukon. The company plans to increase total drilling across the Whitehorse project to more than 50,000 metres.

The financial backdrop: BlackRock committed a $35-million investment for exploration last month. The Northern Miner reported on July 22, 2026 that GLAD shares gained 3% to $3.19 in Toronto on the day of the release. Per data ingested for July 23, 2026, the stock closed at $3.41, down 8.47% on volume of 2,200,000 shares. The stock's 12-month range is 76¢ to $3.86.
