GoldInxs Mining Corp. (TSXV: INXS) commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on or about June 25, 2026, following the filing of its final long-form prospectus dated June 4, 2026 and the closing of its initial public offering.
The company is an early-stage British Columbia gold and copper explorer holding the Fishpot Property in central B.C. and the Millar Property in the Golden Triangle. IPO proceeds are directed to Phase 1 and Phase 2 drilling on both properties.
