Tres-Or Resources Ltd. (CSE: TRS) signed a non-binding letter of intent on July 10, 2026 for a proposed reverse takeover to acquire the Stonecutter Diamond-Gold Project in northwestern Ontario.
The transaction is at the letter-of-intent stage and remains subject to conditions. It would establish a public-market path for the Ontario project.
