Zacatecas Silver Corp. (TSXV: ZAC; OTCQB: ZCTSF) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to C$2,500,000 on July 14, 2026, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. Proceeds will fund a maiden drill program at the Oso Negro silver-gold epithermal project in Sonora, Mexico.
The Prospecto and Tere vein systems, with a combined 3 km strike, returned up to 2,340 g/t silver and 14.8 g/t gold in Phase 2 rock-chip sampling. The target is undrilled.
